Sergio tambi\u00e9n ha participado como profesor en el Curso de Fundamentos T\u00e9cnicos de Elaboraci\u00f3n de Cerveza de la Universidad de Alicante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div Cierzo Brewing, su historia, su f\u00e1brica, brewpub, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta primera cata Sergio nos contar\u00e1 un poco el proyecto de Cierzo Brewing y cataremos y comentaremos 2
